    1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Project Project. 

    2. Orders must be placed via our official sales channels. Verbal orders will not be accepted without written confirmation. 

    3. Once an order has been accepted, no cancellation of that order is valid unless you receive written communication from Project Project endorsing the cancellation. 

    4. Deposits are not refundable, and a store credit will remain available only if the goods ordered specifically for you have not been manufactured. 

    5. All orders placed online at projectproject.com.au must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

    6. Online orders are subject to the same terms and conditions outlined in this document, including delivery, inspection, and liability provisions.

    1. All trade pricing and discounts are subject to approval by Project Project.

    2. Trade pricing and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.

    3. Project Project reserves the right to grant or deny trade customer pricing at any time, at its sole discretion.

    4. All payments made via credit card on trade accounts will attract a 1.7% surcharge, which will be added to the total amount payable. The surcharge is subject to change should changes occur with the business’ banks & payment providers. You can pay via direct transfer at anytime using the account details on your sales order.

    5. Trade customers are responsible for ensuring payments are made in accordance with the payment terms specified in their invoices.

    1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement for all non-online purchases to secure your order.

    2. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Project Project.

    3. The balance payment must be made prior to delivery or collection of goods.

    1. ​Delivery Dates: Delivery dates are estimates only, and Project Project cannot accept any liability for failure to deliver the products within the specified time due to shipment or delivery delays from our suppliers. 

    2. Delivery Arrangements: Delivery times will be arranged with you in advance. 

    3. Delayed Acceptance: If you are unable to accept delivery within **14 days** from our first contact, the invoice must then be paid in full. Additionally, a storage charge will apply of $450 per week or, 2% value of your total order value, whichever is greater. Storage fees will be invoiced weekly and must be paid prior to final delivery.

    4. Failed Delivery: If no one is available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for transport and re-delivery costs.

    5. Access Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring adequate access and entry to your premises to allow delivery of the products. Any additional costs related to access, such as a crane, are your responsibility. If delivery into your premises is not possible, the products will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be invoiced for transport and re-delivery. Storage charges as outlined above will also apply.

    6. Part Deliveries: Project Project reserves the right to make part deliveries of any order. Each part delivery constitutes a separate contract regarding the products delivered, under the same terms and conditions. Failure to deliver all products ordered will not invalidate the contract for part deliveries. 

    7. Ownership and Responsibility: All products remain the property of Project Project until payment is received in full and goods are delivered from Project Project's premises. If you arrange your own delivery, the goods become your responsibility upon collection from Project Project's premises.

    1. Upon receipt of goods, you must inspect them within seven (7) days.

    2. Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to Project Project in writing within this period.

    3. If no notification is received within this timeframe, Project Project will not be liable for any claims of damage or defect.

    1. Project Project is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during transit unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

    2. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of goods at our discretion, provided a valid claim is submitted within the inspection period.

    3. Project Project does not accept any liability for failure to deliver goods within a specified time due to shipment or delivery delays from our suppliers.

    4. Project Project is not responsible for any liability arising from delays that may result in failure to meet project deadlines.

    1. Ownership of the goods remains with Project Project until full payment has been received.

    2. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.

    1. Returns will only be accepted for faulty or damaged goods, provided they meet the conditions outlined in Section 5.2 “Inspecting Your Items”.

    2. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

    3. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if you change your mind or make an incorrect selection. 

    4. Items specifically ordered from our supplier to fulfill your purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    5. If you receive damaged goods, you must notify us within 7 days as outlined in Section 5 "Inspecting Your Items"

    6. All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy, such as a replacement or refund, for any major failure. Learn more at http://www.consumerlaw.gov.au

    7. Any refunds must be processed to your original payment method once the goods are returned and inspected. You’ll receive an email confirming the refund.

    1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
