Last week at Project Project, we hosted a special evening with the team behind Zeoform, celebrating the launch of the Iceberg Collection and exploring the story of this remarkable new material.
The event brought together designers, architects, and sustainability enthusiasts for a night of conversation, creativity, and discovery; all centered around one idea: how design can shape a better future.
A Material Worth Knowing
Zeoform is made entirely from cellulose, the most abundant natural fiber on Earth. It contains no plastics, glues, or chemicals, yet it’s strong, durable, and beautiful, proving that sustainable materials can meet the standards of high-end design.
The Iceberg Collection
On display for the first time in our Collingwood showroom, the Iceberg Collection showcased Zeoform’s potential through a series of refined, sculptural pieces. Each work revealed how this eco-material can take on form and texture that feels both modern and organic.
The exhibition is open to the public from November 9 at Project Project, inviting visitors to experience Zeoform up close and see how innovation and sustainability can take shape through design.
Conversations That Matter
A highlight of the evening was the debut of new Zeoform planters designed by Emma Sadie Thomson (EST Studio). Known for her nature-inspired design practice, Emma explored Zeoform’s unique texture and formability to create vessels that blur the line between art, design, and environment.
Guests also had the chance to meet the makers and hear directly from Jesse Bird, Zeoform’s Head of Design. He shared insights into how the material was developed, the challenges of innovating sustainably, and what’s next for Zeoform as it moves from concept to real-world production.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a success. The Iceberg Collection is now on display and available at Project Project, and we invite you to experience it in person.
